Paper submission


Regular papers

Papers presenting original research in conference topics are being sought. Papers must be in English and provide sufficient details to allow the program committee to assess their merits. Submissions are limited to 4 pages sharp and will be published in an Information Society multiconference proceeding. Revised and extended versions of selected  papers will appear in a special issue of the journal Informatica (


Student papers

Papers presenting student research in conference topics are being sought. Papers must be in English and the supervisor should be also represented. Submissions are limited to 4 pages. Revised versions of selected full papers will appear in post-conference proceedings published by the University of Primorska Press.

Once you have your paper ready, follow the link in the Call for paper to easychair for submission. On the login screen choose sign up for an account. For creating an account you will have to provide a valid email address, where you will receive a notification email that you need to complete the registration.

For submitting the paper login with your newly created account and choose the menu item New Submission. There you will have to fill out the author information and supply the title and abstract of your paper. Under topics, choose either regular or student session. Finally upload the paper and push the button Submit Paper.

The paper should now appear in the menu. Moreover, you can see all papers you have submitted on the Overview tab.
